О нас Профессор, д.м.н. Амир Самии

Международный институт неврологии (INI - International Neuroscience Institute®) в Ганновере является всемирно известным институтом нейрохирургии, в котором работают всемирно известные нейрохирурги. Центр оснащен высокоспециализированным современным оборудованием для диагностики и терапии. Благодаря своей компетенции Международный институт неврологии INI в Ганновере является референс-центром Всемирной ассоциации нейрохирургии по подготовке нейрохирургов со всего мира. Пациенты Международный институт неврологии INI приезжают из Ганноверской области (Германия) и 50% - из-за рубежа. Поэтому институт во всех отношениях ориентирован на международный уровень.

Исключительное в архитектурном отношении здание INI в форме стилизованного мозга рассчитано на 96 нормальных стационарных койко-мест, распределенных по 4 секциям. В реанимационном отделении имеется 14 мест для искусственной вентиляции лёгких. Всего в институте 6 операционных, оснащенных современным оборудованием для всех нейрохирургических процедур. К ним относятся 2 гибридных операционных зала с интраоперационной МРТ (Brainsuite®), а также с интраоперационной компьютерной томографией и биплановым ангиографическим комплексом. Кроме того, операционная оснащена самыми современными хирургическими микроскопами, эндоскопами, навигационными системами и модулями нейромониторинга.

Следуя междисциплинарной философии института наряду с нейрохирургией здесь базируются также все важные отделения, например, неврология, анестезия, ортопедия, медицина внутренних органов, онкология, ЛОР, офтальмология и стоматология. Это позволяет проводить диагностику и терапию в одном месте – на благо пациентов. Институт сертифицирован как Центр хирургии основания черепа в соответствии с директивами Общества хирургии основания черепа.

Кроме того, Международный институт неврологии INI в Ганновере предлагает возможность современной компьютерной и роботизированной нейрореабилитации в сочетании с нейромодуляцией (транскраниальная магнитная стимуляция и электрическая).

Международный институт неврологии INI расположен в самом сердце Медицинского парка Ганновера и, таким образом, имеет прямые клинические, научные и инфраструктурные связи с расположенными здесь учреждениями.

Профессор, д.м.н. Амир Самии родился в Майнце в 1970 году. В 1995 году он успешно закончил медицинское образование в Медицинском университете Ганновера. Он получил нейронаучную и специальную подготовку в области нейрохирургии в клинике нейрохирургии Шарите - Берлинский университет Гумбольдта, Институте исследования мозга и отделении нейрохирургии Калифорнийского университета Лос-Анджелеса, а также в клинике нейрохирургии при больнице Нордштадт - Медицинский центр Ганновера.

После получения сертификата специалиста в области нейрохирургии в 2003 году он занял должность главврача в Международном институте неврологии (INI) в Ганновере – под руководством проГанновер.фессора Маджида Самии. В 2008 году он был назначен вице-президентом и заместителем медицинского директора INI в Ганновере.

В настоящее время профессор Самии также является вице-президентом филиала Международного института неврологии - в Пекине (Китай), руководителем программы «Интраоперационное картирование и визуализация человеческого мозга» в Институте нейробиологии им. Лейбница в Магдебурге и профессором Ганноверской медицинской школы, где в возрасте 31 года он получил разрешение на преподавание в высшей школе и получил должность приват-доцента по экспериментальной нейрохирургии.

Профессор Самии опубликовал более 150 рецензируемых научных работ и множество книг. Он также занимает редакционную должность в важных научных журналах в области нейрохирургии. Он является научным сотрудником Института нейробиологии им. Лейбница, награжден различными почетными членскими званиями международных нейрохирургических обществ и является почетным профессором знаменитого Института Бурденко в Москве. Профессор Самии является приглашенным лектором на научных конференциях и преподавателем нейрохирургических курсов по всему миру. За последние 15 лет он прочитал более 250 лекций и побывал в качестве «приглашенного профессора» в престижных международных университетах. С 2013 года профессор Самии является избранным членом правления Всемирной федерации нейрохирургических обществ.

В своей ранней научной работе профессор Самий посвятил себя экспериментальному исследованию патофизиологии и нейрометаболизма черепно-мозговой травмы. В течение последних 25 лет он все больше концентрировался на хирургической интеграции и научной оценке хирургических процедур с использованием изображений и интраоперационной визуализации. В связи с этим он совместно с промышленными партнерами разработал современные концепции для гибридных операционных залов в INI в Ганновере и в Китае. Имея опыт нескольких тысяч хирургических операций за последние два с половиной десятилетия, профессор Самии специализировался на сложной хирургии основания черепа, нейро-онкологической хирургии и минимально инвазивной и сложной хирургии позвоночника. Он также расширил свою научную и клиническую экспертизу в области восстановления слуха с помощью нейробионических имплантов (слуховой имплант среднего мозга и имплант слухового нерва). Таким образом, в рамках междисциплинарных и межведомственных усилий он смог получить значительные объемы финансирования от национальных и международных сторонних спонсоров.
